In the unlikely event your item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once the 30 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement or refund. 

For personalised items, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched.

In busier times, please allow up to 15 business days.
