Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased (if applicable).
In the unlikely event your item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once the 14 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement or refund.
If your item is not personalised and you wish to exchange it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange.
The item must be in unused, unopened condition with the original tags and packaging still in tact. Postage is at the customer's expense.
