Q. What is your current lead time?
A. Our products are certainly worth the wait. The Label House Collection is a small business and as every item is personalised, they take some time to make. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed. In busier times, please allow up to 15 business days.
Q. I haven't received a confirmation email. When will I receive one?
A. Our system will automatically generate a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order.
Sometimes your privacy settings will file these in your junk folder. If you have checked your junk folder and have not received a confirmation email, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to resend this for you.
Q. How will I know when my order is ready for local pick up?
A. When your order is ready for collection, The Label House Collection will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Please note: As we are an online only business, local pick up is only available at specific times Mon-Thu. If you are unable to collect at specific times, we kindly ask to please select postage.
Q. Where is local pick up and when can I collect my order?
A. By selecting local pick up, you understand The Label House Collection is an online only business and therefore you will need to make yourself available at selected times to collect your order. If you are unable to collect at our selected times, please choose postage at the time of purchase
Q. Can I purchase this item without personalisation?
A. Yes of course! Please select ‘no, thank you’ in the form section when adding your item to the cart
Q. Can I purchase a satin robe with a name on the front and nothing on the back?
A. Yes of course. Please write ‘N/A’ in the section you wish to leave blank.
Q. Is the item cheaper because I don’t want personalisation?
A. All of our items include FREE personalisation, therefore the item will not be cheaper if you do not wish to have the item personalised.
Q. Can you send as a gift and not add an invoice?
A. Of course! Due to the nature of our business, we understand a lot of our customers are sending gifts directly to their friends and family. Because of this, we do not include any invoice in our packages.
Q. Can you send this gift addressed from me?
A. We can certainly add that extra personal touch for you. The address will be from The Label House Collection, however we can include a TO/FROM gift tag into the parcel, so your loved one knows it’s from you!
Q. Where is local pick up?
A. Pick up is in Mackay QLD 4740. Please note: As we are an online only business, local pick up is only available at specific times Mon-Thu. If you are unable to collect at specific times, we kindly ask to please select postage.
Q. Can you fast track my order?
A. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer a rush order service due to the high volumes of orders we are receiving.
Q. How long will it take for my order to get to me once you’ve sent it?
A. Delivery times depend on a number of things such as: Where you are located in Australia, if you have chosen Parcel Post or Express Post and what the current load is on Australia Post. If you are ever unsure, please check the Australia Post website for details. Your item will be shipped from Mackay QLD 4740.
Q. What are the fonts?
A. We have 15 fonts available. We are a font preview available on each listing. Simple type your name into the preview box!
Q. I paid for Express Post, does that mean I jump the queue?
A. Selecting Express Post will only speed up the way your parcel will get to you once it has been sent by us. This will not allow you to ‘jump the queue’.
Q. Do you sell labels by themselves?
A. The Label House Collection is focused on luxury giftware & clothing and therefore we do not offer label only services.
