Our products are certainly worth the wait.

The Label House Collection is a small business and as every item is personalised, they take some time to make.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be dispatched. In peak season, please allow up to 15 business days.

Our system will automatically generate a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order. Sometimes your privacy settings will file these in your junk folder. If you have checked your junk folder and have not received a confirmation email, please contact us via info@thelabelhousecollection.com.au and we would be happy to resend this for you.

Yes of course! There is an option on each listing to purchase items without personalisation.

Is the item cheaper because I don’t want personalisation?

All of our items include complimentary personalisation, therefore the item will not be cheaper if you do not wish to have the item personalised

Of course! Due to the nature of our business, we understand a lot of our customers are sending gifts directly to their friends and family. Because of this, we do not include any invoice in our packages.

We can certainly add that extra personal touch for you.

Please add your personalised message at the check out and we will pop a hand written card in the parcel. 

The Label House Collection is online only and unfortunately at this time we do not offer local pick up.

Please email us prior to placing your order to ensure we have capacity to fast track your order.

In most cases we are able to, however during the Christmas period it may take a little longer.

Delivery times depend on a number of factors such as: Where you are located in Australia, if you have chosen Parcel Post or Express Post and what the current load is on Australia Post.

Your item will be shipped from Kuttabul QLD 4741.

We have 16fonts available. We are a font preview available on each listing.

Selecting Express Post will only speed up the way your parcel will get to you once it has been sent by us.

This will not allow you to ‘jump the queue’.

If you do need a rush order, please send us an email as we will advise if we are able to push your order forward in the queue.

The Label House Collection is focused on luxury gift ware & clothing and therefore we do not offer label only services.
