Shipping Policy:

We provide four different shipping options at checkout. Regular Post, Regular Post with signature on delivery, Express Post and Express Post with signature on delivery. 

We highly recommend adding a signature on delivery for piece of mind, for an additional $3. 

Please keep in mind, if you elect not to add a signature on delivery, it will be your responsibilty to follow up with Australia Post once we have posted the item. 

The Label House takes no responsibility for missing parcels once the item has been posted and you have not elected to add a signature on delivery.

Local pickup can be arranged by appointment only. If you are unable to meet at selected times, please choose one of our shipping options. 

No Shows
No shows will incur a $15 fee, payable on pick up of items. 

Shipping Rates:

We are always trying to find the best postage rates for our customers and that is why we are currently trialling new suppliers. Should we decide to change providers, we will notify our customers via our Facebook page.
